Today's battle is often fought in complete darkness. The recent years technical leaps has made Night Vision Devices (NVD's) more effective, smaller and available for the common warfighter. Up until now he has used conventional tracers to see where rounds impact at night. With the introduction of the Nammo IR tracer he has gained substatial advantage in becoming a war fighter with stealth capabilities.

There are no muzzle flash or traces to back track from IR tracer. Therefore the enemy will not be able to determine where the fire is coming from.
