Spin off at Nammo
The State Secretary of Defense, Mr. Roger Ingebrigtsen visited Nammo at Raufoss on 12 July for a meeting with the Administration and a guided tour of the factory.
“I am impressed to see the development of the Nammo Group and which important spin off they have created during the years”, he said.
The modernization of the fighter aircraft from F16 to F35 Lightening II will have a central role in securing Norway’s defense capability for future generations. The development of Nammo’s 25mm APEX ammunition will be of utmost importance to satisfy the operational ammunition needs both for Norway and other partner nations, says the State Secretary of Defense during his visit in the factory at Raufoss.
Nammo delivers a broad range of high technology products in addition to the contribution of safe eco- friendly demilitarization of ammunition and cluster weapons.
